Caution: read before you buy

Beware: There was nothing on the packaging indicating that once you opened the cellophane that THE ITEM CANNOT BE RETURNED. The item had been out of the package all of ten seconds. I immediately repackaged it, and returned it (my expense) the next day, not realizing that with this very unusual policy, they don't accept returns.BustFree Strapless Backless BraWith numerous emails back and forth with the owner, David Blacklock, he stated that the product can only be tried on through the cellophane and once opened you cannot return the item for a refund. After months of emailing I was finally offered a 75% refund, BUT with the stipulation that if I were to accept the refund, I would not be able to file a complaint.I decided to refuse the 75% refund in order to warn others. David used delay tactics in an attempt to get me to dismiss the matter and give up. His emails also contained condescending language and also related inappropriate/unprofessional disclosure of information regarding grievances from other customers. For the greater good of all, I hope you are forewarned.
